How do I upgrade from a Monthly to an Annual subscription?

To upgrade your Monthly subscription to an Annual subscription: Open the in-app navigation Select Profile In the subscription section, click the Cancel button After the end of your monthly billing cycle, the next time you log in, you’ll be offered the option to select a Monthly or Annual subscription Select Annual to complete the upgrade

Is there a Trial?

Your company defines how trials work; availability in your country and duration. Your company may or may not offer a trial to Tagachi. Check with your company’s customer support.

When does my Trial expire?

If your company offers a trial, the first time you log in to Tagachi your trial will start. You can view the expiration of your trial by: Opening Tagachi navigation Selecting Profile Viewing the expiration date in the Subscription section

When does my subscription renew?
