If you see a login error you don’t understand, see below:

  • “Too many failed login attempts. Please wait and try again.”: This is usually a result if your company has elected to implement 2-factor authentication (2FA). If you attempt to and fail to authenticate via 2FA 5 times in 10 minutes you will be blocked for 10 minutes. Wait 10 minutes and try again. If the error persists, contact your company’s customer support.
  • “The authentication server is temporarily down. Please try again later.”: Since Tagachi doesn’t manage your password, this error will present itself when your company’s authentication server is unavailable. Wait and retry again later. If the error persists, contact your company’s customer support.
  • “Tagachi is not currently available in {country}.”: Tagachi must be configured for each country for your company. If you receive this error that means that your company hasn’t set up your country in Tagachi yet.
  • “Username or Password is Invalid”: This error means that we’ve been able to reach your company’s authentication server, but your login credentials don’t match what your company’s authentication server has stored. First, confirm that your credentials work with your company’s back office. If the problem still persists, contact your company’s customer support.
